Manage payment, preview and cancellation
Crelavo payments and subscriptions are managed through Whop. Use this page to understand where to cancel, what happens during the 24-hour preview and when credits are added.
Cancel before the main plan starts
Subscription plans can start with a paid 24-hour preview/setup payment. If you cancel in Whop before the 24-hour preview ends, the selected main monthly or yearly subscription will not start.
The preview/setup fee charged today is non-refundable. Downloads stay closed during preview. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, Whop automatically charges the selected plan and keeps it renewing until cancelled.
Use Whop, not Crelavo dashboard
The recurring payment is controlled by Whop, so cancellation must be completed inside Whop. Crelavo can show your credits and productions, but Whop is the billing source of record.

How to cancel during preview
- Open the Whop payment or membership email you received after checkout.
- Click Manage subscription, Manage membership, or open your Whop account dashboard.
- Find the active Crelavo membership or subscription.
- Choose Cancel membership or Cancel subscription before the 24-hour preview ends.
- Keep the Whop confirmation email or cancellation confirmation for your records.
Whop checkout is the currency source of record
Crelavo public pricing copy stays in USD unless Whop checkout itself displays a localized currency. Do not promise GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD or TRY pricing on the site.
If checkout is not completed, reminders must stay honest and consent-safe
Crelavo can prepare abandoned-checkout recovery for Whop or n8n/Resend, but it should only run when the user has provided an email or the payment provider exposes a compliant event. Recovery copy must explain the selected preview setup, not invent urgency.
Only if email or consent exists
Crelavo should send recovery emails only when the user has provided an email or the checkout provider exposes a compliant abandoned-checkout event. No unknown-user tracking claims.
No fake saved bonus claims
Use safe wording such as 'your selected preview setup is still available' instead of promising a reserved bonus, locked discount or guaranteed coupon unless it truly exists.
One helpful reminder
The first recovery email should be a helpful 1-hour reminder with a secure checkout link, billing clarity and cancellation instructions, not aggressive spam.
You left your Crelavo preview setup before checkout was completed. Your selected package page is still available for the next 24 hours. Complete secure checkout when you are ready, or review cancellation and preview rules first.
One-time credit packs
One-time packs such as Starter Credit Pack, Creator Credit Pack and Business Credit Pack do not renew automatically. After a successful Whop payment, eligible credits are added to the matching Crelavo account email.
Subscription credits
Preview/setup payments do not add the full subscription credits immediately. Full recurring credits are added after the main monthly or yearly subscription payment is confirmed.
